Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Section
This feature works only if the ” Manage GRC ” Add-on is enabled for the current company.

The GRC interface provides a real-time visibility for managers, displaying comprehensive logs of actions performed by agents within MDC application and console for effective governance, risk management, and compliance oversight.
2.7.1 Log chart

The GRC interface’s Logs Chart condenses system activity into critical, info, Notification, and warning logs, offering a quick overview of key events for efficient monitoring and compliance assessment.

The console manager can click on one of the types of logs and he will have them filtered by this type in the logs table.
2.7.2 Log Section
2.7.2.1 Actions
- In this section, the console manager can:
- Change lines per page: The console manager can change the pagination of the “Logs” table.
- Show/hide columns: The console manager can custom the columns that he wants to be displayed in the “Logs” table.
- Export all logs: The console manager can click on the “Export” button, then he will asked if the file that he wants to download will has as extension “.xlsx” or “.pdf”. After that, an email which has an excel file as an attachment containing the list of all logs will be sent to his mail address.
2.7.2.2 Logs table
- This table is composed of columns: Date/Time, Level, type, Message, User, Email, Username, IP, Hostname, Department, Folder, Note, Action.
2.7.3 Types of logs

Logs are classified into four types :

Information Logs: Offers insightful updates and details on system activities, providing a comprehensive view of user and administrator interactions.

Notification Logs: Notifies about users and administrators and specific events or actions, serving as informative alerts without implying urgency.

Critical Logs: Provides alerts about severe issues or errors that demand immediate attention and resolution.

Warning Logs: Flags potential issues or security concerns, signaling caution and prompting further investigation or action.
